Bio

My career has been focused on internet applications, relational databases, programming, networking and telecomm. I have worked with l database engines and scripts which use Structured Query Language commands (PHP, MySQL, ASP, Microsoft Access, Visual FoxPro, FoxBase, dBase and Informix). I have administered LINUX servers running Redhat Enterprise AS, as well as Microsoft Windows2000 Server. I have advanced experience with all of the Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and have been IT support for over a hundred workstations, including desk-side and over the phone support. I have done several technical presentations. At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I am currently programming PHP/MySQL web applications for websites hosted by the Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center in the Department of Biostatistics. I helped with web content accessibility guidelines for NECTAC in 2006. I developed and maintained the TEACCH website from 1999 through 2005 using HTML, Javascript, PERL and CGI. I have been involved in several software development projects and testing. I have obtained excellent technical writing and communication skills.
