As Business Coordinator for Treehouse Agency, Andrew Stephens serves as administrative and managerial right hand to the CEO. His role includes generating financial reports, strategizing with the management team, facilitating client relations, conducting product and services research, and assisting with special projects.
Prior to joining Treehouse, Andrew engaged in a nearly 10-year tenure at the National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) where he served as the Senior Manager, IT. In that role, he developed and launched the company’s original web site and oversaw its two-time redesign. As a result of Andrew’s efforts, the NBRPA saw a 600 percent increase in Web traffic in a three-year period. Andrew also acted as direct liaison with NBRPA IT consultants and managed all overall network, office machine efficiency and computer-related issues on a day-to-day basis.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Montclair State University and an A.A.S. in Office Systems Management from Berkeley College. Residing in Morristown, NJ, he is an avid basketball player and bowler.
