file_scan_direcory();function that was confusing which file to use when when a like-named file was found in a sub-directory. See http://drupal.org/node/173664 . - Reported a security issue that allowed authenticated users continued access to a site if they slowed it down enough, even if they were disabled during the process. See http://drupal.org/node/578212 .
