David Wagner is a dynamic developer with a strong passion for technology combined with an aesthetic sensibility and always focused on the user experience. David’s programming prowess along with past software development life cycle experience helps him perform in all aspects of web development, from strategic discovery to modular programming using agile software development process, quality assurance testing, as well as migration, accessibility, and functional testing.
