Bio:

Writer, designer, and web architect with more than fifteen years of experience in non-profit organizations and higher education.

Currently a web and communications consultant for Stanford University where I have been an influential user advocate and leader within the school's web and central IT communities. Formerly a longtime member of the central IT staff, I worked on projects and built services to improve productivity, content quality, and user experience, leveraging community knowledge and open source, web-based publishing and collaboration technologies (especially Drupal!).
