I build AI voice agents that take the load off small ISP support teams. Peak AI Support deflects 40-70% of Tier-1 calls (outage, slow speed, billing, equipment) for WISPs, fiber overbuilders, and small cable ISPs from $997/mo, with native integrations into Sonar, Powercode, Azotel, Visp, and UISP.

Background: 7+ years Tier-2 across LTE, Fiber, and DSL. Pivoted into AI/automation, building production agent systems with LangGraph, OpenAI, n8n, FastAPI, and Drupal 11. Strong on DNS, VPN, packet analysis (Wireshark), and enterprise SQL — which keeps the AI layer grounded in real network operations rather than slideware.
