drupal_get_form (called inside user_external_login) causes issues when called inside a validate function, so do the equivilant of user_external_login but without needing to call drupal_get_form

Initial commit of yubikey module. The YubiKey module allows users to log into drupal sites using their YubiKey. The YubiKey is a cryptographically secure One Time Password (OTP) generator that looks like a small USB token.
