You want to find your apache logs. On many linux systems these are located at /var/log/apache or /var/log/http. Many hosting providers make them available through their web interface.

Basically, you have pointed a domain somewhere where there either is no webroot, or an infinite loop, or some such. This can be fixed by reading up on apache vhost configuration and seeing where it has been improperly configured, but the error you get from the logs is key to that.

You have to check the "error_log" file to get a clue.. most likely is permission problem..
if you are on suphp-enabled server environment, make sure all your files/directories are set to 755. NO 777!

What type of hosting you get: shared hosting ,vps hosting or dedicated hosting?
