We need to release an Alpha7 before moving the big changes into -dev.

There are three blockers.

#2942873: Fix test inconsistency fails in ViewsFieldMenuTest
#2916139: Section data being dropped when using AccountInterface::save() method
#2931890: \Drupal\workbench_access\AccessControlHierarchyInterface::alterForm should pass $form_state instead of $entity
