Sorry if this is not the correct place to request this, but I can't access my account of Drupal.org, TFA varification code always fails.
I generate code from my FREEOTP app configured with drupal.org but code doesnot seems to be working from last 2 days and I don't have recovery codes also.
Email: choprasa.....

gisleI guess this means removing TFA from the account, so that you can login with your old username and password?
Webmasters do not have access to user accounts, so this must be done by someone with higher level access than me.

shivalikchopra CreditAttribution: shivalikchopra commentedYes, please suggest how can I reset account access. who can do this I had already mailed @ help@drupal.org but didn't received any update yet.
If you can provide any recovery code TFA account of mine of any one time recovery link.

apadernoUser administrators can disable TFA for an account, but I guess the problem here is confirming that you are the same user who created the https://www.drupal.org/u/shivalik account. That is why we usually say to contact help@drupal.org.

apadernoI sent a message using the contact tab for https://www.drupal.org/u/shivalik. May you confirm here you received the email and reply at the email message?

apadernoI correct myself: It's not possible to disable the TFA, as it asks for the current password, and it's not possible to change it. It's better to wait for a reply from help@drupal.org.
