This issue was reported before, and solution was provided, but not implemented by the maintener !!! (see-https://www.drupal.org/project/captcha/issues/3025328).
We are not here for critics, but solution provided 9 month ago, is waiting to be updated!

The following error appear on Bootstrap theme, on "\contact" page:

There was a regression caused by one of the git merges that were done last week. And that fix was reverted.

I've just pushed the fix again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
