This is a regression where version 3.0 is not rendering as version 2.0 did previously.

If I configure a search results page and view that page at mobile view port size, I expect to see the page components in a "stacked" layout, with an expandable "filter results" area above the search field. Instead, I am seeing a two-column layout at mobile size, where the filters are in a left column that is narrow as seen in screenshots below:
