Problem/Motivation

When clicking the Decline button for Opt-out consent, the cookies are not removed until the next page load.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Opt out consent, clear cookies, click Decline

Test notes:

1) Enable Opt out method.
2) Confirm that random cookie is not purged,
3) Click Decline and confirm that random cookie is cleared within 5 seconds.
