You shouldn't be hit by this. Can you please try again and verify that the problem persists.

The most likely explanation is that your account was confirmed by somebody else in the 18 minutes from you made the request to volkswagenchick checked.

Assigning this to kiamlaluno. I believe he can see who did the confirmation, and perhaps also when.

I apologize. I saw iRobertas's posts when checking the unpublished ones, and confirmed the account: Confirmed by kiamlaluno on project/views_data_export/issues/3204269 at 18 Mar 2021 at 17:15 CET. That happened more than an hour before this issue has been created.
I apologize for the delay. I didn't check drupal.org in the past two days.

I am closing this issue.
