Your question in simplified Chinese is legible. Unfortunately, I dont' have Chinese input capability installed for my web browser, hence I have to reply in English. You can add Chinese support in drupal by logging in as the asministrator, then select adminiter-->localization and follow the instructions.

There are both simplified and traditional chinese translations in the contributions repository:

http://drupal.org/project/Translations

You can use Chinese perfectly through UTF-8 (unicode). External sources (XML) that are not in UTF-8 will be converted if mbstring, gnu recode or iconv are installed in your PHP.

太好了，谢谢你们。我先是下载了firefox1.0简体中文版，然后通过firefox的菜单找到了网站www.spreadfirefox.com然后我在那里发现了www.drop.org www.drupal.org www.civicspacelabs.com 如果这里提供Blog服务就好了，我喜欢www.blogger.com可是被中国block了，我一直也没找到自己喜欢的blog网站。

It is a Hong Kong slang for athlete's foot; see this reference: http://www.apma.org/topics/athfoot.htm I think it was used as a cute pun for its title.
