On first glance, this appears to be a bug... on line 51 of FeedsTermProcessor.inc, feed_nid is being looked for in the FeedsProcessor object, when I believe it should be from the source object (at least there's on there). Though I guess this could be a bug in the importer not putting that variable in the correct place...
