A big thank you to the developers and maintainers of this modules. It's easy to use and works very well.

My client requested a slightly different look for their widget, which I thought I'd share with you via the attached module, "Vote Up/Down Widgets", which is fully self-contained, written as per the Vote/Up Down instructions.

Just unzip, enable and you'll find you have an extra widget, Thumbs up and down available at Site configuration >> Vote Up/Down >> Nodes (also under the Comments and Terms tabs, if the relevant Vote Up/Down submodules are enabled.

The "Vote Up/Down Widgets" module can easily be enhanced with more custom widgets, but currently contains only one: Thumbs up and down.
This widget is a bit like the existing "Up and down" widget but differs in the following ways:
o different images: thumbs rather than arrows
o different layout: clickable images above vote counter, rather than on same line
o brighter colours

I've kept the .css to a bare minimum, so that it's obvious what to change if you'd like to drop in your own thumb images, change alignment, colours etc.

Enjoy, extend and share.

Thanks for uploading the new widget, but I am not including it for now.

Please do not get me wrong, let me explain why: there are some widgets in the module, and all of them try to cover different aspects of the widget api the module is exposing. So we can have lots of different widgets, but I am only conserving the ones have been there in previous releases or new widgets that expose a different widget api functionality that other widgets do not cover.
