This patch allows the the admin to select blocks that will be output in the site map.

It was done in 6.x-1.x-dev and I noticed you saying new feature are fro 6.x-2.x so i'll leave this to be ported.

#792174: theme_site_map_box can print out empty HTML tags is a useful patch if you plan to print blocks without their titles.
(This patch allows you to select whether or not to display the block title with the blocks)

Neat feature that I would like to add to the Site map module.

I don't think using _block_rehash() is a good idea. It's a private function and it look expensive. I also think there should be a standard access check for blocks so users only see the blocks they have access to.
