The river of advanced options makes the settings page take a long time to load. Let's try to replace that with a single box that has a json encoding of the options. This box would be hidden and replaced by a simple add button with a list of advanced options added. Will probably need to require json2.js for that though.

This patch has increased the settings display time from about 6 seconds to about 1 second. Also removed the jquery cycle library. Will need to be now downloaded by the user to contrib/views_slideshow_cycle/js

Testing will be helpful. Have a good luck at advanced options.
