Missing link in help [#1022240]

Missing link in help caused by misnamed placeholder.

I also took the liberty of replacing the use of l() with url() as is instructed in the docs for the t() function to help the translators see the full sentence.

Thanks and it looks good. Since right now there is no advanced help this point may be moot. I'll get around to fixing it, but unless I can add back in advanced help it may get removed.
