The "Comment defaults" settings should not be visible when the comment module is disabled, as they do not have any meaning and only clutter the user interface.

dragonwize CreditAttribution: dragonwize commentedI've thought about this but for reasons that deal with the assumptions made in code which make this more complex than it sounds, this will not make it in until version 3 according to the current roadmap, which may change.
