Instead of hardcoding the libraries path, we should use libraries API.

libraries api is changing last I talked with sun. I didn't see that they actually made a release. That's good we'll try to start working with that now.

This patch that has been committed completely removes all jquery cycle and json2 loading and moves it into libraries api
