Hi - was wondering if you are planning to upgrade this wonderful module for Drupal 7 D7...

(by the way, tired of subscribing : http://drupal.org/node/34496 - http://3281d.com/2009/03/27/death-to-subscribe-comments)

Jerome F CreditAttribution: Jerome F commentedI used it to select multiple terms in a visually friendly way in combination with taxonomy image module (see attached screenshot) and I'm not aware of any way I could do that with an other module in Drupal 7. I just know that a taxonomy term can have an image field, but I don't know how to select multiple terms via checkboxes.

Stephen.K CreditAttribution: Stephen.K commentedHello,
are there any news about a taxonomy super select update to drupal 7?
If not, are there similar modules for drupal 7? I have lots of taxonomy terms and the drupal 7 included widgets are simply a VERY LONG list of checkboxes (or a VERY LONG select list ...). Not very user friendly...

Juan C CreditAttribution: Juan C commented@ #20. Try 'term_reference_tree'. It covers my need for D7 (replacing TSS I used to use on D6).
Cheers

jcisio CreditAttribution: jcisio commented@Juan Thanks for having pointed out that module. I'll update the project homepage.
Taxonomy is a big change in D7, and as I haven't use this for any D7 site, I can't initialize the porting process, which will be a complete rewrite. Hope that explains the current situation and user won't be stucked when planning to upgrade their D6 sites.

adaddinsaneI'll just confirm that the D7 "Term Reference Tree" module will probably do what you need.

drupalfan2 CreditAttribution: drupalfan2 commentedhello,
I need a solution for Drupal 7:
"Taxonomy Term Reference Tree Widget": Is it possible that normal users can create a new term while creating new content?

drupalfan2 CreditAttribution: drupalfan2 commentedHow much would it cost if you or somebody ports Taxonomy Super Select to Drupal 7?
