frjo CreditAttribution: frjo commentedI'm using the Admin menu myself and from what I can see it works without any conflict with the Colorbox module.
Can you disable Views Slideshow and see if that fixes the problems?

itrain CreditAttribution: itrain commentedI also have a conflict with the admin menu module in Drupal 7. As I enable the module, the admin menu is turned off in my node & views pages, and only appears in the administration pages.

kthullI also had issue with D7 admin menu and colorbox beta 2. Upgrading to beta 4 resolved it for me.

For me Admin Menu is working fine. However, when using Views Slideshow 6.x-2.3 and Colorbox 6.x-1.x-dev (2011-May-19) or 6.x-1.0-beta11 they don't play nicely. Quite simply, neither will function when both are enabled. Not necessarily together in a single view, just on the same site.
Rolled back to Colorbox 6.x-beta11 and it's working great when separate. Trying to load Views Slideshow images in Colorbox is another beast and doesn't work in either version, dev or beta11.
