After activating Mail System, $body within emails generated by webform submissions are stripped of HTML tags. Is this is related to #1135978: Mail System format() method uses drupal_html_to_text() which strips linefeeds from input.?

For now, I am using nl2br on $body in htmlmail-webform-submission.tpl.php. However, is there a way to not strip the HTML from Webform emails?

Experiencing the same thing and I have the same question. How do we 'exempt' webform?

The Mail system 6.x-2.x is a backport of the Drupal-7 mail system to Drupal-6. You are experiencing exactly the same issues as if you had upgraded.
