ADMIN MENU is showing up in the CONTENT section...

the admin menu is displaying from the top of the screen down to the content area when I use contemplate to theme a CCK type. I can get around it. Probably just theme the Node. This is actually the teaser view.
If I don't use contemplate, the admin goes back to where its suppose to be. its late, so i will look at it latter and report back.
