I think it would be extremely beneficial to change the column headings in the access settings to include the name of the type being edited. It can be quite confusing to be presented with such a large form and it not have specific instructions on it.

That is, when I go to /admin/content/node-type/song/access, I see lots of headings like "View any content:". This is true - from a certain perspective - but I think it is somewhat misleading.

I strongly advise that these headings be modified to include the name of the type, so that it's clear that we're only modifying the settings for that type. A little overblown perhaps, but IMO "View any song content:" is MUCH clearer than "View *any content:".
