MGN CreditAttribution: MGN commentedI was under the impression that the configure links for configuring the module - how it behaves. In the 7.x-1.x-dev version there is no configuration page. You can create breadcrumbs at the link that you indicate, but that is not module configuration - at least not the way I was thinking about it. In the 7.x-2.x-dev version, there is a custom breadcrumbs settings page to configure the module so there is a link specified in the info file for that version.
I may be wrong about this, so feel free to argue the point. The documentation writing .info files doesn't really define what is meant by configuration.

pp CreditAttribution: pp commentedYou are rigth, this isn't a module configuration. But...
Module has one page where you can set custom breadcrumbs for all node types. You can configure how the module will work. I think you can configure the module on this page.
It is same as node or block module.
In the admin/structure/types page you can add a new content type and edit existing node types.
In the admin/structure/block page you can add a new blok and edit existing blocks.

colanPlease start using the 2.x branch, as 1.x is no longer actively supported. There's already a configure link over there.
