mkesicki CreditAttribution: mkesicki commentedHi, I tested this with drupal 7.8 and it works almost ok.
First thing this is probably related with some css - when you drag one button it's shadow (dragged) element is to low and you don't see exactly where the element will be placed when you stop dragging. It will be better (less confusing for users) when the button will be close to mouse cursor.
Second thing : when you add '| ' (group button) at start of buttons row an hit save you will see

One thing on IE 6 - on start there is no buttons on toolbars rows, you have to drag something or click some sample toolbar. After that everything works as expected. It looks like some function is not called on start or something like that.
