I'm trying to create a calendar view for civievents, but I always get the error: 'calendar_plugin_style: The calendar row plugin is required when using the calendar style but it is missing.'. Also, Under Format > Show: the only choice I got is Fields, there is no Calendar Items, etc. Still can't create a calendar view for civievents.
I tried using the default civicrm events calendar but I got Error: Display calendar_1 refers to a plugin named 'calendar', but that plugin is not available.
I've tried almost all suggestions i've seen on different issues with the same problem as mine, but I can't still fix the error.
Im using Drupal 7.0 and civicrm 4.0, Date 7.x-2.x, Calendar 7.x-3.x, Views 7.x-3.x and CTools 7.x-1.x all in dev. Please help me here.

'calendar_plugin_style: Missing calendar row plugin'
in calendar_plugin_style->render() (line 205 of /var/www/drupal/sites/all/modules/calendar/includes/calendar_plugin_style.inc).

mattbanks CreditAttribution: mattbanks commentedSame issue here. Using CiviCRM and need to pull CiviEvent items into my Calendar. This worked flawlessly in Drupal 6, but recently upgraded to Drupal 7 and now the functionality is gone.

KarenS CreditAttribution: KarenS commentedIf it isn't integrated correctly into third party software, it is not a 'critical' bug in this module.
I don't use civicrm and this won't get fixed unless someone who does use it provides patches. It is also possible that changes are needed in civicrm rather than here.

bgm CreditAttribution: bgm commentedThere have been a lot of bug fixes in CiviCRM 4.0 / 4.1 / 4.2 for views/date integration.
4.3 (released planned for march 2013) also fixes the "activities" view (which is how I found this issue, but ended up finding that the bug was already fixed in the 4.3 SVN of CiviCRM).
