Stumbled upon these typos in core documentation while accidentally searching with a typo - visibile and availabile. Not major definitely, but let's get this bitterness out of core ;)

Looks good, but could you also fix the verb form in the first one? 

+ * Return the visible children of an element.

Return -> Returns

I like to make sure when we fix doc somewhere that it ends up conforming to our doc standards...

And this needs to be patched/tested against D8 and then backported.
