The module uses "imageinfo_cache_generate.php" menu path. This has side effects such as requiring additional configuration, because many hosting setups only allow execution of predefined list of php files, and don't pass all URLs to Drupal. As this module doesn't have the real file and only simulating it, the additional setup requirement is not justified at all.

Thought about doing a minimal bootstrap option for this but it would probably be more hassle then its worth. This patch has been committed.
