I know that a lot of time has gone into #1270792: [D7] Add Drag & Drop toolbar configuration, but I was wondering if it would be possible to disable the drag&drop interface and revert to the old, text-based config. I have different toolbar configs already saved, and it's much easier to copy/paste a snippet than to drag around the buttons.

It would be added asap. U must be patient... I have ready this feature, but i must wait for other commits and reviews.
I write here when i commit it to GIT.

New option is added to Global profile, where is possible to Enable/Disable toolbar wizard.

Changes commited to GIT.
Pls update to last DEV version.
