When opening the CKeditor box, it shows up and behaves correctly.
If it is closed and reopened during the same node edit session, it appears totally blank: no toolbar, nothing in the text area.

Do you see any errors in Firebug (Firefox add-on) ? Please also check in Firebug's Net tab if all request are correct. What theme do you use ? Do you use CKEditor in popup mode/state ?

I get this error in Firebug:

The net Tab shows 9 requests, no error mentionned
I use Acquia Prosper theme
I use CKeditor in pop-up window

Ok i can confirm this bug with pop-up window. For now i don't know how to fix it and why it doesn't work...

I updated to the latest dev of today, ran update, clear the Drupal cache.
I had also to clear the browser cache.
