klonos...yep, the standard has changed and it now allows (more likely suggests) Proper Name Case instead of the Sentence case for module/theme names. The Sentence case policy remains for UI text like widget labels for example.

Dave ReidThe module is not really a proper name and is meant to be generic. I don't see any reason to revert this but I'll leave it up to Greg.

gregglesThe argument that sways me the most is that "Using the Comment Notify module to send e-mails" is clear while "Using the Comment notify module to send e-mails" is not clear.
Patch, anyone?
And if anyone wants to work on the docs pages please go for it.
