og_subscribe_user_action tries re-adding user to group; user loses is_admin and any other subscription info [#1288184]

1) Use VBO and og subscribe action
2) make a a view of users where some are managers of groups
3) add those users to groups they are already part of

User will lose privileges in group :(.

Should probably watchdog when the user is a manager, that way someone debugging issues around this action won't run into wtf.
