When editing a panel in IPE, I can't see the icons in the pane linkbar, due to missing css classes. The css references li.edit, li.style and li.delete, but these classes are never assigned.

I changed the css slightly to have the classes on the link itself and added the classes on the links in theme_panels_ipe_pane_wrapper, see attached patch.

That's weird. I see those icons just fine, so I'm not sure it's just the missing CSS. I wonder why it is you don't see them.
