Base install of Drupal 7.x-1.0-beta5 of Aurora has in Aurora's config.rb file this:

http_path = "/sites/all/themes/aura"

and it seems it should actually be this

http_path = "/sites/all/themes/aurora/aurora"

Thanks for the ticket. I'm working on an enhanced Aura gem that will include an update to Aurora, and this will be fixed as part of that update. Stay tuned.
