If you use IE and switch on "Prompt" for all cookies, you'll notice that l10n_client writes a cookie containing '0' for every single page.
Is there a way of stopping this? I'm trying to be EU Cookie (Privacy) compliant and the overdose of l10n_client cookies makes it a pain trying to diagnose which other cookies I need to pay attention to.
