Asides have changed their meaning over the course of HTML5's lifespan and I guess the base templates where Aurora's come from (the HTML5 Project) hadn't been updated to accommodate this (relatively newer) semantic use of . I guess what I really need to do is look over all of my templates and make sure they're all right.
This will be fixed in 7.x-2.0. Marking this as closed (fixed) and will push the update by EOD
