Add tag to query check if the current user has exceeded the limit on current webform, built in _webform_submission_user_limit_check()
.
This would allow developers to modify the query as per their specific requirements.

quicksketchThanks! This is a good idea. I had to modify the patch slightly as the code has changed a bit since this was written. I also tagged the matching query for the "total" check.
