Not sure what best practice for upgrade is. Found it difficult to load / overwrite tar into existing directory. Had to create a new tar with all files in root to overwrite (I'm sure there is some tar command to do it but bottom line is upgrade shouldn't be that hard.) Is there a best practice here. drush and standard upgrade do not work.
