My site's front page URL is "front-page" or "node/66". I have tried "front-page", "node/66", "", and even "node*" and nothing works. I can put meta tags everywhere BUT the front page. Please point me in the right direction.

ultramike CreditAttribution: ultramike commentedMy front page is a "Basic page" if that matters. Also, I tried enabling "Extra Functionality" and that didn't work either.
In addition, I'm getting these warnings:
Notice: Undefined index: default_keywords in metatags_quick_admin_auto_settings_submit() (line 167 of C:\Users\me\My Web Sites\public_html\mysite.com\sites\all\modules\metatags_quick\metatags_quick_extra.admin.inc).

valthebaldIf your front page is a node (it is), then you don't need metatags_quick_extra.
Just enable description and keywords in metatags_quick configuration, and enter meta tags in node editing screen (node/66/edit) - this will do the trick
