I installed Aegir on Debian, and configured the DNS to accept wildcards. I create a new site, ans what I would like to do is provide a temporary domain (while the user gets one). So I attempted to input the domain as testdomain.mysite.com. The site appears to install correctly, and I am able to access the hompage at testdomain.mysite.com. However, when I try to acess anything else, for instance the onetime login, I get page not found. I'm a little confused as to how to go about trouble shooting this.

anarcat CreditAttribution: anarcat commentedAre you really using 7.x-2.x here? Please make sure you mention which version you are using.
As for troubleshooting, please paste the task log output and the output of apache2ctl -S.

ergonlogicClosing due to lack of activity. Also, the 7.x-2.x branch was abandoned, so there's no surprise if it's broken...
