After download Drupal 7.17, I created folder halicarnassus.me, extracted source, created database name halicarnassus.me and install.

The first installation, at install.php?profile=standard&locale=en not shows that Notices and installation complete but when i enable module locale, It shows that notice and admin/config/regional/translate does not appear.

I drop all tables and reinstall drupal. At install.php?profile=standard&locale=en shows that Notices and installation complete but administration menu not shows instead of that notices.

me too, update from drupal 7.x to drupal 7.17 show Notice: Undefined index: name in block_menu()
