Enable fewer apps by default

Currently we enable many apps by default. Ideally we'd have different streams of apps for different use cases, as we used to do via Subprofiles, before we switched to apps. But meantime, trying to cut down on the apps enabled by default would help.

For now, we'll drop debut_event from those enabled by default.
