Glad to see I'm not the only one still using the "dsm" function even though it's been deprecated for awhile but I noticed this when I was testing the features module on a site without the devel module installed.

Attached is a patch, but it's probably easier to remove the line manually than to apply the patch.

Wow, thanks for catching this. I always like dsm since it was mnemonic for drupal_set_message. Fixed in 9c08913.
