After enabling this module and configuring all roles to use caching i can see it working only for anonymous users (anonymous role checked). When i'm logging in, module is not working (no JSON object with info, no debug block, etc) and i have cookie nocache=1. Why can it happen? How can i debug this?

Ok, it was connected with not existing cookie has_js and Pressflow.

Just a quick update, for others like me..

The link given in #2 does not work anymore; even though I was able to get the actual bug, the tweak did not work for me.
