as the title says. if I choose 24hours format the calendar only displays the START DATES in 24hours format. The END DATE still renders in 12hours format which looks bad...

I want to display the start time on a calendar block but it shows the start and end time for one taxonomy category and only the start time for a different category. How can I get the date setting to apply to all categories?
