The link in the error message

seems to link to a non existing admin page.

The link points to admin/people/secure_permissions/export when I believe it should link to admin/config/people/secure_permissions/export.

Hi Mark.

I've just joined as co-maintainer of this module and I started working on a new stable version that includes several fixis.
I had noticed this myself before actually going through the issue queue; therefore this fix is now in the HEAD dev version.
